Revision in rates of Special Compensatory Allowance subsumed under Tough Location Allowance

In pursuance of Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure, Government of India, Office Memorandum No.3/1/2017-E.II(B) dated 19.07.2017, circulated by ESIC vide its Office Memorandum No.A27/17/1/7th CPC/6/2017-E.III dated 08.08.2017(attached) and consequent upon the revision of Dearness Allowance to 50% w.e.f. 01.01.2024, the Competent Authority has approved to revise the ceiling of Special Compensatory Allowance subsumed under Tough Location Allowance by 25% w.e.f 01.01.2024. However, rest of the terms & conditions of Govt. of India ibid OM dated 19.07.2017 remains unchanged.
